Flores Arabica has low acid, full-bodied coffee with an intense flavour. It is sweet and a litttle spcy with a nutty caramel aftertaste.

Gayo Mountain Washed, tend to medium body and a rather delicate flavor compare to Mandhelings and Lintongs

Mandhelings and Lintongs tend to be heavy-bodied, tawny-beaned and processed and dried by traditional methods.

Java Coffee has lighter heavy body, low toned richness, medium acidity, earthy qualities and herbaceous subtleties in the aftertaste. Roasted Bean stock only. Not grinded yet

Toraja coffee has a relatively low-toned yet vibrant acidity, though usually slightly more acidic and with less body than Sumatran coffees and more earthy than Java Arabica. Like Sumatran coffees, the cup profile of Toraja has been called deep and brooding, with muted fruit notes and rustic sweetness and often a pungent spicy quality.

Kintamani & Padang Payung Bali. The dry fragrance actually has some fruited sweetness. The wet aromatics are more dark chocolaty, peppery spice, fruit, and wet earth. The cup has a very thick and intense chocolate roast taste, accented by pungent spice.
